| You may purchase our cards through our website with payment via PayPal, though a PayPal account is not required. From time to time, we also sell some of our cards on eBay and also on Etsy under the seller id of everydayisanoccasion. You may purchase these items using PayPal, Money Order or Cashier's Check. How do you package and ship your items? All cards are packaged with a coordinating envelope, then placed in a clear cello or poly bag. Please note that items do not come in decorative boxes. We recycle our packaging and shipping materials whenever possible. This not only benefits our environment but keeps our shipping costs low. All orders are shipped using USPS First Class or Priority Mail to the US and Canada. We offer free shipping to PO Boxes. How soon will I receive my Cards? All orders will be processed within 24 hours following receipt of the order and will be shipped out within 3 days of receipt of the order. Keep in mind that since all cards are individually made, some orders may require more time to process. Orders of 30 or more cards may take up to 10 days to process. If your order will require more than 3 days, you will be notified immediately. What if I am not satisfied with my items? We are certain that you will be pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order with the reason for the request. We do try to ensure that our items will arrive in perfect condition, but sometimes things do get damaged during shipment. If you should receive damaged items, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so that we may arrange for a replacement or refund. Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged during it’s original shipment. Is my online payment and account details secure? We do not have access to your bank account or your credit and debit card information. This information is processed through PayPal, a secure payment provider. No private information is stored on our site. We respect your privacy. The information we collect from you is used only to process orders and to contact you, if necessary.
